Shipping Info: We try to ship out all orders within 3 days. During holidays etc. there might be a slight delay, or due to sickness, logistical difficulties and so on.
But we always try to do it as fast as we can.

We use Postnord, the swedish post service, for shipping.
Return Policy: We always do our best to make sure that packaging is as good as it can be when it leaves us.
For vinyls (which is the most fragile object) we use special vinyl cartons that we buy from Germany specifically for this purpose.

We don't take responsibility for a well packaged item after it leaves our hands.
But please let us know if your item has been damaged etc, since we do it by hand ourselves so we can see what it looks like and what we can do about it.
We will always do our best to make our customers happy.
